Required documents to be submitted with an OFFER:
1. Cover Letter with Phone and Fax Numbers to respond.
2. Offer (RPA) with "REAL" Signatures (No “DocuSigned”).
3. Wood Destroying Pest - WPA (if applicable).
4. Short Sale Addendum - SSA (if applicable).
5. Pre-qualification Letter. (Should have FICO - DU if you have it.).
6. Proof of Funds. (Bank or Brokerage Statement - Please black out Acc#s.)
7. If Buyer is an entity, ie LLC, include Proof of Authority to sign.
8. Copy of Deposit Check.
Do NOT send the following:
*Disclosure regarding Real Estate Agency - AD.
*Statewide Buyer and Seller Advisory - SBSA.
*Copy of Listing.
*Compensation Agreements - CBC.
*Disclosures.
** If you are sending an OFFER BY EMAIL, please put the Address of the Property in the Subject Area "First" (ie, 136 H St. - Offer to Purchase). It is easier for me to pick it out of my spam filter.
